GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The project DASS aims to deal with challenges affecting youth, creating an educational path through training applying therapeutic effects of dance and other forms of art, associated with experiences lived through other artistic disciplines, divided into different modules. The project aims to develop a creative approach that may act in the long-term to benefit young people and their well-being while tackling the negative impacts of the current crisis

Dass Booklet
Together with the project partners we want to present the DASS project Booklet, containing methodologies, practices, activities to tackle negative feelings of stressful events, addressing youth workers from the dance and arts field working closely with youth.
It can be used by everyone, as in our daily lives everyone experiences stress. Therefore, here you can find insights, tools, and activities to help you or teach others about the stress management using arts.
