As we close a momentous year at AY Institute, I am delighted to share with you the strides we've made and the exciting path ahead. Our transformation from Active Youth to AY Institute is more than a rebranding; it symbolizes our broadened focus beyond youth projects.
we've streamlined our team for efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that each member can contribute their best while we maintain a sustainable operational model
with over 1.511 million EUR managed in 2023, we remain one of the strongest NGOs in the Baltics.
recognizing our ecological footprint (approx. 97.07 t. of yearly CO2 emissions), we're taking steps to accurately measure and reduce it, as well as educate others on what works here.
As we approach the 10th anniversary of our founding, we are poised to make even greater impacts. Our focus will be on enhancing our project managagement, offering better learning opportunities, and refinding our processes to better serve our mission and those we work with. Your support and collaboration have been instrumental in our journey, and we look forward to deepening our partnership as we step into another decade of impact and innovation.
