What experience do you have?
Our team has started in 2014 and has since been working on 100+ project proposals. These were under different calls and topics, thus our experience can be regarded as very well-rounded.
Even if the call is new, our team is up to the challenge. We simply know what/how to write project applications (in fact, we have a comprehensive guidebook on that).
How many succesful proposals have you written?
Out of hundreds of proposals that we’ve worked on, over 80% have been successful. That’s something we are PROUD of.

How does work with you look like?
- You contact us
- We will get back to you and check whether we can help/contribute to your project proposal
- If you like us & we like you – we will sign an agreement (with deadlines, etc.)
- We start working (together)
- Project is submitted 🍾
- If it’s not approved from the first time (unlikely), we will (help) improve it for the next call. That’s on us.

What's the price of proposal writing / consultations?
- Basic tips & consultations – free of charge (see below)
- More extenisve consultations – costs will depend on your needs, size of the project proposal, etc.
- Project proposal writing – the price is two-fold. Usually, we take a small payment for writing & then a ‘success-payment’ if the project is approved. Both of these sums depend on the size of the project

Do you provide help / support for FREE?
Yes, of course. All of our initial tips & consultations are completely free of charge. We only ask for payment, when it’s clear that you need our support OR you need us to write and submit your project proposal.

Do you work with any kind of project?
We are able to work with any project type, since we have diverse experience / expertise. In the past several years our team has submitted project proposals for most of the European / EEA project calls available.
However, we carefully select project topics and organisations to work with. This is because we want to help only with proposals that we trully believe in.
