AIM
Addressing the alarming issue of violence against women in the Baltic Sea Region, Sisterhood Pathways is on a mission to support victims and educate those keen on understanding the problem. In collaboration with partners from Latvia and Poland, our project seeks to bridge the existing awareness gap and bring fresh perspectives to the forefront.
MAIN OBJECTIVES
- Preparedness: Foster community readiness against violence against women.
- Awareness: Create impactful social awareness about violence against women.
- Inclusiveness: Enhance community participation and inclusivity.
- Innovation: Find new approaches to assist victims of violence.
- Prevention: Prevent the isolation of women victims from society.
PROJECT MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Research & Handbook: Conduct interviews to understand challenges faced by professionals and the experiences of women victims. Share findings in a handbook accessible to the public.
- Webinars & Workshops: Engage participants in international webinars with experts actively working against violence. Conduct creative workshops to tackle violence against women and promote social inclusion.
- Mural Painting: Collaborate with partner countries to create impactful murals addressing violence against women. Supported by QR codes, these murals will serve as visual tools to inform and raise awareness.
