PROJECT OVERVIEW
Healing Hearts tackles the rise of hate speech and hate crimes in Europe by addressing their root causes: trauma and psychological distress. Through mindfulness, trauma healing, and community engagement, the project promotes empathy, resilience, and social cohesion across five EU countries, supporting both victims and perpetrators.
