PROJECT OVERVIEW
Culturhythmics aims to transform traditional sports training by integrating cultural elements such as dance, music rhythms, and somatic practices. The project addresses high dropout rates and burnout among young athletes by offering an engaging and inclusive training model that supports both physical and mental well-being.
Through transnational and cross-sector collaboration, Culturhythmics is developing a creative and inclusive approach that brings together coaches, athletes, cultural practitioners, and educators to build a new methodology for youth sports training.
