AIM
Blue Hearts is a dynamic initiative designed to empower NGOs and Youth Workers (YWs) to identify emerging leaders among migrants and internally displaced individuals. Our central mission is to equip these leaders with the essential skills, knowledge, and opportunities they need to make a lasting impact within their communities.
Collaborating with partners from Romania, Ukraine, and Poland, this two-year project will produce a wealth of resources and activities to achieve our goals. These will include the creation of three comprehensive handbooks, the organization of study visits, specialized trainings, youth exchanges, and mentorship programs. Additionally, we’ll be launching media campaigns to amplify our message and impact.
Together, we aim to provide both the tools and the platform for meaningful change.
