Active Youth Association has carried out more than 30 separate project actions on its own (and several times that as a partner). That’s why it is completely aware of what works, as well as the most common mistakes & don’ts when implementing (facilitating) a project. These guidelines contain the list of key tips that will help youth workers to stay on the good track, get love from the participants and avoid the blunders.
