inner peace

AIM

We are developing this project to increase the expertise of youth workers and help them not only become advocates of democracy and leaders in mental health support for people affected by conflicts but also to increase their resilience and ability to deal with the struggles they face themselves.

OBJECTIVES

  1. Raise capacity of youth organisations by promoting non-formal learning activities and creating mobility programmes of action  in post-conflict reconciliation this project will support development of youth work in EU countries and third countries.
  2. Contribute to the implementation of the EU Youth Strategy (2019- 2027).
  3. Addressing some of the 11 European Youth goals: “Inclusive societies and space and participation for all”, “Information & Constructive Dialogue”, “ Mental Health & Wellbeing”.

  • Develop a toolkit that would address peace-building through mindfulness activities that would be applicable in different contexts and circumstances.
  • Create the online video training course, which will entail in depth information about mindfulness, meditation, conflicts and peace building and the ways that youth workers should engage with youth from conflict affected areas or communities.
